1. Services

IV Web Designs provides custom website design, website updates, and related web design services. The scope of each project will be agreed upon before work begins.

2. Quotes & Pricing

All quotes are based on the agreed project scope. If additional features or work are requested after the project has started, additional charges may apply. Any changes will always be discussed and approved before work continues.

3. Payment

A 50% deposit is required before work begins.

The remaining 50% is due once the website has been completed and approved, before it is published or transferred to the client.

Payments are accepted by e-Transfer.

4. Client Responsibilities

To keep your project on schedule, clients are responsible for providing:

• Website text (copy)

• Photos or images

• Business information

• Logos (if applicable)

• Feedback and approvals within a reasonable timeframe

Delays in receiving these materials may delay project completion.

5. Revisions

Reasonable revisions are included during the design process to ensure you’re happy with your website.

Major design changes or requests outside the original project scope may require an additional fee.

6. Website Ownership

Once full payment has been received, ownership of the completed website belongs to the client.

IV Web Designs may showcase completed projects in its portfolio unless otherwise requested by the client.

7. Website Maintenance

After your website is published, additional updates or maintenance are not included unless otherwise agreed upon.

Website update services are available starting at $50.

8. Third-Party Services

Websites may use third-party services such as Wix, domain registrars, or Google services.

IV Web Designs is not responsible for outages, pricing changes, or issues caused by these third-party providers.

9. Cancellations

If a project is cancelled after work has begun, the initial 50% deposit is non-refundable, as it covers time already spent on planning, design, and development.

10. Limitation of Liability

IV Web Designs will make every effort to deliver a high-quality website but is not responsible for business losses, lost profits, or damages resulting from the use of the website.
